This is the absolute rudest staff I have ever dealt with. Good luck trying to communicate with the receptionist, she doesn't let you get a word in and loves to interrupt, she is just plain rude. His secretary doesn't follow up or follow through, you have to constantly call her and remind her of things she says she's going to do but doesn't. Everything about them is difficult!!! It would be one thing if the doctor was great but he is just OK.

I thought that I was going to obtain first class service, not only with doctors but with their staff as well. To my dismay I have been visiting this office for a few months and I am pulling out. Their staff leaves a lot to be desired. They are not friendly at all and most they don't believe in returning phone calls. I am really disappointed and give them 2 stars at the best !

I felt a little impersonal with him since he caries an ipad to your visit and uses it to search, take notes, (God knows what else), etc. . as you're telling him your symptoms and barley looks at you and mostly to his little ipad. His assistant/nurse, she is so hard to get a hold of, you may have a better chance of calling the White House! They never return calls! I decided to have him as my primary because of my insurance and because I moved from up north to Miami. It's so hard to find a good doctor these days. I am in the search for a new family doctor with hopes of in the long run, will by my doctor for many years.
