Dr. Netanel Gerard Schwob, MD

Professional and caring.

Dr Schwob and the NP in the office are very personable and knowledgeable. However unfortunately Dr Schwob's office staff are often not approchable nor eager to help solve common concerns. Additionally my kids have been with Dr Schwob since he took over the practice years ago however the office staff still do not know their names or even speak to the kids when we enter the office. They do say "hello" to me but there is nothing more than a brief greeting.

I AM NOT AT ALL SURPRISED BY THE PREVIOUS COMMENT MADE ABOUT DR. SCHWOB AND HIS OFFICE STAFF. I RECENTLY TOOK MY CHILDREN INTO THE OFFICE FOR WELL VISITS AND MUCH TO MY SURPRISE THE BACK OFFICE STAFF WAS NEW AND CHANGED COMPLETELY. THEY SEEM INCOMPETENT TO THEIR DUTIES. THEY WERE NOT FRIENDLY AND DID NOT EXHIBIT A SYMPATHETIC AND CARING ATTITUDE. IT TOOK 20 MINUTES TO TRIAGE AND HIS MEDICAL ASSISTANTS AND OFFICE MANAGER WERE STANDING AROUND LAUGHING AND CHATTING WHEN THE WAITING ROOM WAS FULL OF PATIENTS. PREVIOUSLY, THE OFFICE WAS NEVER THAT WAY. ALL OF HIS NURSES WERE THE BEST. I MISS THEM SO MUCH!!!! THEY MADE THE ATMOSPHERE IN THE OFFICE CARING AND FRIENDLY, WHICH PUT MY CHILDREN AT EASE. DR.SCHWOB MADE A GRAVE MISTAKE CHANGING HIS NURSES. MY FRIENDS AND I ARE DEFINITELY CONSIDERING LEAVING HIS PRACTICE.

My children have been seeing this doctor for two years. At first Dr. Schwob always took time and addressed any concerns I had. His front staff was warm and friendly. The back office staff was absolutely the best. Just recently, I had an appointment but to my surprise the staff was new and rude. The back office staff was all new and seem to have no knowledge as to what they were doing. When asked what happened to the staff, all I heard was there was change. Whoever made this decision to change the wonderful staff that he has previous made a horrible mistake. Dr. Schwob did not take time for my concerns and he was not friendly at all. I could barely understand anything he had to say. The nursing staff was different and rude to me. I was waiting for over 45 minutes to be seen and that had never been before. The doctor had a nurse working for him and she was always friendly and made my children comfortable. She went out of her way to make sure that we were satisfied with the care and when… he fired her we were sad. She had a way with children and it takes a very special person to have patience for children. I would not recommend this physician to parents in my community. Since he now has a new staff, we decided to transfer our children to another pediatrician because we weren't satisfied with the way our last visit went.
