I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience at this clinic. I came in with my wife and my disabled daughter for a medical exam. The doctor was unprofessional and clearly unwilling to provide appropriate care for my daughter, who has Batten disease and behavioral challenges. He even said in Arabic that he didn’t want to deal with her because of her disability. That is completely unacceptable behavior from a healthcare provider. To make matters worse, he drew blood without properly covering the site, which caused bleeding on my daughter’s clothes and mine. No gauze, no tape, just negligence. His wife, who is also a doctor at the clinic, treated us with a poor attitude and no compassion. Surprisingly, the front desk staff and assistants were much more professional, sympathetic, and kind than the doctors themselves. They showed more care and understanding, which we deeply appreciated. This experience was not only unprofessional but also discriminatory and emotionally painful for… my family. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone, especially families with children who have special needs.
