staff and the doctor were very unprofessional and rude.Dr was rushed,did not answer, explain,or care about any of my concerns. At the end of my visit he told me not to come back any more.very rude and unprofessional.

Summary: long phone hold to make appointment, long wait in exam room, medication delay. Details: The first time I called to make an appointment, I was on hold over 4 minutes so I left my number for them to call me by end of day the next day. They didn’t call. The second time I called, I waited over 5 minutes. The day of my appointment, which was in the morning on a Friday, I waited in the exam room for over 30 minutes. The doctor said he would order a prescription for me. On Sunday, I hadn’t heard from the pharmacy, so I called. The pharmacy didn’t get the medication order. I called the doctor’s office on Monday; the nurse apologized and told me the doctor had forgotten. It wasn’t until the following Friday, one week after my office visit, that the doctor ordered the medicine.

I have been using Dr. Tebyani since 2015. He is kind, knowledgeable and really cares about you. I have had a kidney removed and at least 7 bladder surgeries by him. I highly recommend him. Some of his staff does not follow up with requests but he is fabulous

I came in after being referred with Kidney Stones. The doctor was not helpful and essentially called me a liar about my pain and told me that my pain was caused by me tearing a muscle. I’ve had the pain for 2 weeks and he wants me to think I tore and muscle and have kidney stones at the same time all together and that it’s just a giant coincidence. No bed side manner and didn’t even introduce himself. I would rather go see ANYONE else.

DR. Tebyani is an excellent surgeon. He is very nice, caring and he knows what he is doing. Dr. Tebyani did a great job on my surgery, he always make you feel good and relax and takes his time with his patient and we are fortunate to have an excellent doctor and surgeon like Dr. Tebyani in our area. Thank you Dr. Tebyani for everything you have done for me, I greatly appreciate it.

The wait times are long but he's worth it.
