Dr. Ngoc Hai Le, DO

I do not recommend this office. They are unresponsive. You have to wait a long time for service even when there are hardly any customers. I had a problem getting my insulin supplies and I had to call the office several times since 3 pharmacies did not have what I needed and I was close to running out. The office got mad at me for trying to help finding a pharmacy that had the supplies. Next thing I know I get a letter saying they were dropping me as a patient. Very unprofessional. I asked to speak to the office manager and they told me he would call me back but never got a call. I reported this to the patient advocate for August Health and they provided me with a new GP. They said the had many complaints for this office.

Egotistical. Worse than rude. Uniformed and callous.

This office is useless. No response to message through their "portal", no action after calling. But they're really eager to schedule another useless visit. Don't waste your time and money.

Dr. Le is a great doctor. She akes time to listen, answers questions, and explains things so you understand them. She is thorough and exacting. Her bedside manner is excellent! I have referred 2 family members and 3 friends to her - they all love her as well. Her nurse is great as well. Both are responsive and great to work with regarding Rx refills, and timely test results.

I told everyone I know to come to see Dr. Le. She's a great doctor, very knowledgeable, and caring but you need to do what she's asking you to do if you want to get better or stay healthy. I was reluctant to make an appointment to see her because what I read online about her, and also what I heard from some people I know. Well, I can tell you one thing. If you want pain pill or Benzo then don't go to see her. You will be disappointed because she will tell you directly that she doesn't prescribe narcotic pain pill and Benzo, but she will tell you if you want to get better without stay on these medications, then she can help you.

Dr le has to b yhe worse dr I have ever seen like most all her reviews she is abusive and had no empathy I've only seen her twice and I'm reporting her behavior to any and everyone she should not b working there after all the reviews I read I wont stop until I get results

She was pretty thorough on the first visit but made me feel terrible about my weight..geez! She is a terrible listener and will interrupt and overtalk you...I can never get in to see her and when I do it takes 45 minutes in the waiting room past my appointment time. Don't waste your time!

I love Dr. Le! She has always been very easy to talk to. She has always answered questions honestly and seems to be very concerned about my individual care.

Very RUDE & Unfriendly woman, She thinks & acts like she is better & ABOVE everyone else . I am 63 yrs. old and she treated me like a child . I am more than done with her.

I seen Dr.Le for pain in my hands and legs she was rude from the start and told me I was depressed I told her I wasn't depressed and I WAS NOT going to take Prozac! she got frustrated with me and walked out to get lab papers. I overheard her talking about me to her nurse she then came back in and told me to go get this bloodwork done and when it came back nothing was wrong with me I was going to have to face the fact that I was depressed and take the meds. the nurse called me after my bloodwork and told me I had a positive RF factor meaning arthritis and my thyroid was a little low for me to get another thyroid test so I did she then said my thyroid fixed itself and she was doing a referral to a rheumatologist. I switched drs only to find out that I NEVER had a positive RF factor and that I had been deficient in vitamin d for 3 years and was never treated and my thyroid had been borderline or low for 3 years and was never treated! I am now on medicine for both and also was diagnosed… with carpal tunnel in both hands! I trusted this Dr for 3 years with my health and all she did was NOTHING! WORST DOCTOR EVER!
