Dr. Ngoc Minh Dang Le

My husband and I had just gone through a traumatic experience of our son almost not surviving his birth, then on Christmas morning Dr Le came to us in the NICU after only looking at our son and said that he mostly likely had SMA or another muscle disease and that he will most likely die in 3 to 6 months and we need to decide whether or not we want him to go at home or in hospice care. He continued on and it was so bad the nurse left the room to get another doctor to have him stop, because he didn’t have any test results to back up the things he was saying. My husband asked on a few different occasions if our son suffered an injury. He said no it’s definitely muscular. 3 weeks later after all genetic testing came back negative/normal and MRI proved that he suffered a spinal cord birth injury. I will credit him with being the only doctor that had any ideas for help in his recovery all the other doctors said they have never seen something like that before. He can use some bed side… manners.

I am shocked by these reviews. Dr. Le is one of the best dr's we have seen (and we have seen 3 neuro's in Orlando plus countless other specialists). He is absolutely wonderful and we are devastated he is moving. My daughter was diagnosed with a very serious illness and when our pediatrician tried to get her an emergent appt, the other neuros in the are scheduled us weeks out. Waiting was absolutely not an option. Dr. Le came in early the next morning before his first scheduled patient to see her so we could get her MRI ASAP. Then worked with the MRI office to bump other patients to get her in. He's the best.

You need to avoid this quack at ALL costs. He spends more time putting other doctors down then he does listening. If you have been to see him, CHECK YOUR RECORDS for accuracy.

Insane, scary, has a God complex but is less useful than google

Records do not reflect what we said. Failed to diagnose any problem even though my child's condition is well documented. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROVIDER!!!

Dr. Le is an excellent doctor. We have seen 3 different pediatric neurologists in Orlando, for differing reasons, and he is by far the best. I highly recommend him.
