Dr. Ngoc Thuy Nguyen, MD

As a patient, this doctor told me in the exam room that my employer, ADOC, "is so cheap," and paid her so low! Yesterday, she told me on the phone to come in, then while in the office, she and her staff couldn't figure out her yahoo password to check my ID card emailed. There was a commotion and stress over this. The doctor would answer the phone sporadically when calling the office. She is all over the place. She got very personal when I commented on some professional ism expectation. Enough said? I hope. This third world all over the place, no courtesy doctor has no hesitation to go back on her word, waste your time, and ruin your day like a transient. I promise.

The facility, room, and offices and equipment are old and do not seem to be well maintained (i.e. metal fence outside the 2nd floor narrow window that is placed 5 ft above the floor?). The only kid toy in the waiting area is definitely covered in thick layers of sticky dirt and sweat. The doctor is unprofessional and poor mannered. 1) The doctor who seen me and an associate doctor who seen my kid insisted that we should have other names to be easy for them even after we said we don't have any nickname. Our names sound the way they spelled, are short and common like Jason and Kathy. How hard is it to look at the patience chart to call patience by their name? 2) The doctor did not washed her hands before she check on me. Especially when immediately before that she was talking on the phone with her friend in front of my waiting room for about five minutes, walked around somewhere, entered my room, changed the bed lining and tossed the old one away with a big dump in the trash… can. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone.

This doctor is very rude! Don't go to her. She is insensitive and has NO bedside manner. It's a shame that any clinical facility would hire a person and allow her to treat patients who come to her for guidance amd support, in such a disrespectful and unprofessional manner. She obviously has no regard or human compassion! And should reconsider her career choice.
