HALLELUJAH! After being failed by doctors in two hospital visits at two different hospitals, GOD Blessed my father to finally see Dr. Oji and get the care, advice, and dedication he needed to overcome a severe bowel impaction that lasted weeks and was destroying his life. Plus, after that visit, she followed up the next morning with a call to our home!!! How reassuring that was! She knows her stuff and treated my father with respect and concern. She reminded me of those portrayals of doctors, who are the leaders of their communities, serving small towns or villages where they are viewed more as a loved one than a mere service provider. The waiting period of around 2 hours to see her, however, was very unfortunate . My father was weak, had already begun to lose faith in the healthcare professionals, and had an appointment weeks in advance at the Utica Avenue office. Further, I called the office day before to explain that my father could not wait long and determine a way to… address this issue. Nevertheless, I am praiseful to GOD that things ultimately worked out.

She is a great Doctor but the wait is long

Dr. Oji shows a geniune concern for her patients. She takes the time and listens to her patients which whom she knows by name almost immediately. Although the facility is a bit to be desired I refuse to find another doctor because the care I receive by her is second to none.

Dr. Oji is a wonderful and caring doctor. She is a doctor that hears what you have to say as the patient, she treats her patients with respect. She makes me think about the way doctor's treated their patients in the old school days as my daughter would say. She has patience, she is one of the best doctors I've known in the past twenty years. I respect Dr. Oji and I hope to have her as my doctor for a long time.
