Dr. Mann is a remarkable physician. His out of the box thinking and mind body approach is second to none. He has managed my hypertension for over 10 years. When I came to him I was on multiple meds and still not controlled. He gave me back my quality of life and has helped me live a healthier more mindful lifestyle. I highly recommend his books to help understand the root of hypertension and roadmap to good health.
