Dr. Nicholas Anthony Defilippis, MD

I believe him 100%, he is good and he has taken care of me for the last 15+ years. I will not go anywhere else. I have not one bad experience with him. I recommend checking him out if you are looking for a doctor in the Union, NJ area.

I first visited and met with Dr. DeFilippis today and he is truly a kind and caring professional. His expert evaluation and advice / recommendations were quite valuable to me. His office staff is friendly and helpful. I plan on making Dr. DeFilippis my primary care doctor going forward.

very arrogant and nasty

Pamela the so called office manager is super rude. Doctor is concerned about getting patients to pay bills guess too cheap to have billing department. Would never go back.

Dr. Nick time and time again, provides good diagnoses that other doctors miss. He does not believe in unnecessary tests and truly cares about the patient.

This doctor is so argumentative and arrogant. He doesn't want to hear what you think because it doesn't matter to him what you think. He likes a dumb, uninformed patient that just sits there and doesn't question anything he says. Watch out if you do question him. You leave his office feeling upset and mad. I've seen him twice...first and LAST!!!

The staff seems friendly, the wait is average, office is a bit old fashioned but doctor is straight forward and well informed..would recommend him

I just called this doctors office to make an appointment as a new patient and i have never dealt with such a nasty receptionist before in my life. Barbara was her name and she would not make me an appointment because she was getting ready to sign out. I called at 6:40 and the office closes at 7. It would have taken two seconds to book an appointment. I work in customer service and there was absolutely no need for her attitude. I am not one to complain, I never have even written a review about any business. I told her I thought it was ridiculous that she would not make me an appointment and she told me.."then go somewhere else" and hung up. I can not speak for the dr because i clearly didnt get to meet him because his nasty receptionist couldnt make me an appointment but, if he was anything like his staff i obviously would not reccomend him to anyone.

Dr. Defilippis is very straight forward and direct, which I like. He doesn"t make you feel like he is rushing to get to the next patient. He takes the time to listen and talk to you.

The office is very nice and the staff is friendly. Be prepared for a no nonsense Doctor. He seems well informed and up to date on medical issues. If you are not willing to follow the rules, this is not the Doctor for you.
