This was my first time seeing Dr. Hazen and he was excellent. He listened to my concerns and had read my file thoroughly before seeing me so I felt as though he understood my concerns. His explanations and treatment plan were easy to understand but also comprehensive and addressed all my concerns.

We were running about 20 minutes late to our appointment, and even with that, *Dr. Hazen did everything he could in our limited time to make me feel heard, to answer my questions, to double check test results for me. He made me feel really prioritized and cared for even with the hectic... of the day - I really appreciated it.
