Absolutely a kind, compassionate and excellent physician. Dr Phillips operated on my left shoulder a few years ago and he continues to assess my function and pain. The staff at Brielle Orthopedic are also caring and very competent.

Nice clean office. Wait was a bit long at 40 minutes. Dr is knowledgeable and consistent no regrets or apprehension in using him for my upcoming surgery

I had a great experience with this doctor and highly recommended him. He was friendly and made me feel at ease right away. He took the time to listen to my concerns and explained everything clearly about my treatment plan. I received a cortisone injection and set up for some PT to help my recovery for tennis elbow.on top of that the office was beautifully decorated. The entire visit was pleasant.

Very satisfied with my visit. He was very informative about what was wrong with my right shoulder. He provided immediate relief from the pain with a shot of cortisone. He also had a very nice bedside manner. Thank you Dr Phillips. Jim Allen

Extremely caring, and a wonderful bedside manner. Explains everything thoroughly and takes his time. Even ask you to get back to him in a couple days to see how you’re doing. I would definitely recommend Dr. Phillips to anyone.
