Dr. Nicholas A Rogers, MD

Dr. Rogers was the worst doctor I’ve ever met. He completely ignored me while I was in labor. Wouldn’t even come in the room. When I demanded he come in on the 4th request he sat there and wouldn’t make eye contact. I had been in labor for 3 days and wanted to talk about a c-section like a previous doctor had suggested. He kept saying “if you were my wife, I would say no” WELL GESS WHAT JERK! I’m not your wife. It’s my body, I choose and I will never forgive you for how you treated me during such a difficult time. He eventually said he didn’t have time to give me one and I ended up telling him I didn’t trust him doing it anyway.

The most incompetence staff. Its one thing to be disorganized but another to send you medical results with the wrong DOB and information! Almost impossible to schedule appointments, they block your number so I call from a different number. Finally had a long awaited appointment, i show up and the office was closed! No notification, nothing! Had blood drawn and the assistant didn't use gloves. Have been waiting for almost 3 months to get a referral. At this point I've run out of meds a long time ago. Luckily its just for my skin. I cannot believe this is a functioning office. the doctor is great but the staff is destroying his reputation.

Reget to have come into this office. Maybe one day Dr Rogers will understand patients are more than just another paycheck.

My first visit with Dr. Rogers was awesome, but beyond that....a complete nightmare. I needed to have a full hysterectomy and was told I needed to follow up with his office to get date of surgery. That process took me 3 days because his office staff are very unprofessional. They'll keep you hold and then hang up on you. When you try to callback, they won't answer. I literally had to use my teens cell (because they didn't have record of that number) just to get them to answer. Then the Evelyn proceeded to tell me everything is scheduled which was another issue because the day before my surgery, I had to leave work early to complete missing tests that were never communicated to me. After surgery, I needed to have disability paperwork completed by Dr. Rogers and guess what....I can't get anyone to help me with this as well. Dr. Rogers is an awesome doctor, but no matter how good he is, if he doesn't get better office staff, he'll lose the ones he has!

Good doctor . Took cAre of me doing my pregnacy in a manner way. However his staff wasn't that great.
