Dr. Nichole Fleming Cole, MD

Initially I wasn’t going to leave a review for this doctor because she was recommended by a friend. However, if my review helps one person avoid half the frustration I had with this person, it’s worth it!! To make a long story short, based on my experience Dr. Nichole Cole should come with a warning label!! #1 This doctor considers herself “the source” instead of a resource and partner regarding YOUR healthcare. She likes her patients “compliant”. If you have questions that’s problematic. Also, prepare to have all your questions and answers fielded through her staff, with questionable competence, to relay them to her and/or you. She will not speak to you directly. #2 Your level of service depends on the amount of $$$ you generate as a patient - assuming you also adhere to #1. Surgical options are preferred, she will not offer nor entertain non-monetary options and a the “wait and see” approach is non-existent. #3 The portal that your health information is “suppose” to… contain was never updated. She on more than one occasion spoke about a Care Plan she was going to create - never existed. I mean her staff hasn’t even updated their voicemail message from a year ago, why did I expect anything different? So, I figured real quick that there was absolutely NO WAY I could allow her to do anything for me, especially surgery. She was completely unprofessional to say the least and the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with ANY doctor! Either way, I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH, do yourself a favor and AVOID this doctor at ALL costs!!

If for some reason you must use this office please, for your own good, try the other doctor(s) and save yourself the frustration. With these quasi-private practices these days the other doctors may be totally different! More often than not, they’re just sharing the overhead costs. Either way, I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH, do yourself a favor and AVOID this doctor at ALL costs!!

I love Dr. Cole and I am so very happy to have found her. Her staff is absolutely so very sweet. At my last visit I met the manager Jennifer as I wanted to tell her how happy I was, and she herself was just as pleasant- I can see why everyone who works there is nice as the office is run immaculately. If you need a OB/Gyn in Katy look no further!

Yes you will wait to see her. What that tells me is that she is a well known Doctor in the Community. Personally I would rather wait for awhile to see her then go and see an awful Doctor that would just rush through my appointment. Dr. Cole values each of her patients and she spends just as much time with me as she does with the patient seeing her right before and right after me. She truly cares and treats you like you are amazing. If you want great care and a great relationship with your Doctor- look no further than Dr. Cole!

I look forward to going to my pregnancy appointments. EVERYONE in this office is so sweet. I feel like I am treated like a family member from the time I check in until the time I check out. At my last visit I had the pleasure of meeting the Office manager and I now know why the staff is so nice- because she was absolutely the nicest person and seemed to truly care about me as a person! Dr. Cole is so very professional and the people that have said she does not have good bedside manners must be speaking about the wrong Doctor- because she is one in a million! Yes, you might wait awhile to see her but that is because she takes time with each and every one of her patients. If you are new to Katy and you need a new female parts Doctor then call Katy Advanced- you will be so HAPPY!

Horrible wait times. Always at least an hour before being seen. Poor bedside manner. Unprofessional staff.

I have been seeing Dr. Cole for years. She is the most caring, compassionate Doctor. I love all of her staff!

I am new to the Katy area! I have seen numerous Doctors in the past for a constant issue I have. Dr. Cole is the first Doctor that actually figured out what was going on. I had surgery and I feel like a new woman! Dr. Cole is extremely busy, but she and her entire staff are so compassionate and caring that it is worth the wait. If you want good care in Katy, go see Dr. Cole.

I like Dr. Cole just fine, but every single appointment I've had with her, I wait in the waiting room at least an hour, then another 20-30 minutes in the exam room. I believe she overbooks. When you're pregnant and having to come in every month, waiting for that length of time is very frustrating.

Dr. Cole makes you feel like you are one of her family members. She is the most caring Doctor I have ever seen. Her staff is equally as professional and nice!
