We waited a month and a half to have an evaluation done for my son and they cancelled because I expressed to them that their communication was poor and created confusion on our end, including the school district that set this up. They only communicate vial email, and they don’t have enough staff to handle patients. They brag as if being this small is a good thing.. in reality, it caused much confusion for my family and the school district that helped set up our eval. Find another provider for this service. During the last month and a half, their communication has been spotty at best. Then they cancel because of this. She doesn’t care about patients. They canceled because they cannot handle any criticism and left us a month and a half behind when it comes to getting help with no concern for my child.
