The provider was excellent but my initial complaint was not addressed

Dr. Nicole listens to what I have to say about my health. She never seems to be in a hurry. She is respectful of me as I am of her. She's friendly.

Nichole is an outstanding primary care provider. She knows and understands my issues, clearly cares about my overall health, listens carefully to my questions and concerns, and always explains in detail (which she knows I prefer). She takes excellent care of me (and my husband and son).

In the many years that I have been a patient of Nichole Shroder, she has been the absolute best primary care provider I have ever had.Nichole truly cares about me as I am sure she does all of her patients. She treats me with the utmost respect, compassion, caring and kindness that I have ever experienced with a doctor and I just turned 60! She actively listens to every concern or idea that I share. She never forgets anything that I ask of her. She is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough and very proactive with her ideas and recommendations for my care. She has not only helped me with what was possibly the worst time in my life, through menopause and all the horrible physical symptoms that come with it. But she also has so much empathy and genuine compassion for my emotional and mental struggles that revolve around my adult son who has mental health and substance abuse issues. No matter the situation, she is so easy to talk to because she really hears me and really cares.So, with all that… said, you can really see that Nichole is exactly where she was meant to be and found the perfect career. We need more Nichole Shroder's in this world! I feel so fortunate to have been placed in her care.
