My visit to the PVHC Urgent Care was prompt and efficient. I was able to see Dr Henley within 25 minutes of my arrival. She was professional and very helpful.

I met Dr. Henley at urgent care, concerned about a 2 week illness of upper respiratory illness. Dr. Henley was extremely patient and interested, and listened to all my symptoms. She very professionally questioned me about the length and severity of my symptoms, and took time to check my vitals and respiratory signs. She encouraged me about getting through this illness, and prescribed an appropriate medication. What is nice about Dr. Henley is she makes patients feel like she cares about them. This was a very positive experience at urgent care.

She was able to explain a few things about Covid and she told me that so far that I did come out of Covid feeling better and that my symptoms were light and not like what most patients have felt she assured me that I was breathing right and that Besides my congestion and bit of high fever, keep taking my meds to help me with my high fever, she also explained that if if the symptoms returned to please go back to the emergency so they may draw blood there since they don’t draw blood at urgent care, but they do everything else there. I think they’re and I told her thank you for all the things that you told me.
