Dr. Kissell truly wasted no time in our initial appointment asking the right questions based off my medical records and history, listened to the response, then proceeded with a treatment plan and medicine readjustment. I’m not one to drag out my appointment with a doctor so I appreciate the thoroughness and clarity on issues. Every appointment (check-up) I’ve had, he knew what he stated before and what our goals were and he provided “next steps” as well as “what to expect”. Communication with his office was mainly through his care team, which was phenomenal. If he was with another patient, he would answer when finished and I would receive a call, MyChart message and voicemail

I've had diabetes for 27 years, and all treatment from prior physicians had just stopped working. My numbers would just not go down. A friend recommended Dr. Kissell, and as skepitcal as I was, I cannot believe how on the ball he is. He listens, and he does not judge me on my numbers. He makes recommendations, and he and his staff do what they say they are going to do as far as working to get my insurance to cover my medications, calling in prescriptions, and recommending discounts wherever possible. His staff is very friendly, and there is hardly any wait time. I usually get anxiety before my diabetes appointments, but so far every experience has been great, and my HbA1c has actually gone down 3 numbers!! I'm grateful I finally see a difference, and I hope keep on the right track with his treatment.

He explained everything in a simple and precise way. He answered all my questions and gave me the time and attention that I needed.

He provided poor medical advice while being condescending and rude. Don't waste your time and money with this quack.

DR KISSELL MADE ME FEEL TOTALLY RELAXED AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO ME IN A VERY EASY TO UNDERSTAND WAY I WENT FOR A SECOND OPINION,BUT WILL PROBABLY SEE HIM ON A REGULAR BASIS
