Dr. N. Allen is an AWESOME Dr. VERY caring and takes lots of time to get to know her patients. The ONLY REASON I stopped seeing Dr. N. Allen is of no fault of her own. I have missed seeing her because, I believe, she truly DOES CARE about her patients! My personal issue (as to why I stopped seeing her) was with her staff, not with Dr. Allen. I had serious problems getting the refills on my medications. Some of my medications cannot be stopped "cold-turkey", but I had no choice. The withdraws were pretty serious because of this. I could not afford to risk my health every month because Dr. Allen's staff couldn't or wouldn't take the necessary actions to work with my pharmacy, who would send requests for refill to Dr. Allen's office, to no avail. If I or the pharmacy cannot request refills, how can one get them? I am pretty sure Dr. Allen is unaware of this issue because I honestly believe she cares deeply for her patients. I probably should have talked to Dr. Allen about this issue… before I switched to a different PCP, she may have been able to rectify this issue I was having. Time was not on my side before withdraws came into play again. If her staff cannot/will not handle refill requests, I was pretty sure they would not have let Dr. Allen know that I had requested a call from her. Still VERY UPSET that I had to switch my PCP to a less caring PCP, but I AM able to get (nearly immediate) refills and not have to dread or fear monthly withdraws anymore. Lisa C McIntosh

Dr. N. Allen is my doctor and to me she is the best doctor that I have ever had she is loving, caring, and always takes the time to get to know me and what is going on with me at all times. I also think that the world would be a better place if we had more doctors like her. She is very sweet.

I love my Dr. N. Allen she is a very loving and caring doctor that always takes time for me the world needs more doctors like her and she is the best doctor I have ever had.
