Dr. Nicole E Baker, DO

The referrals department is AMAZING. I’m not sure where to start as far as being unhappy with my care at the Imperial office. Dr. Baker is not very friendly. Unprofessional and disappointing. She has terrible listening skills. I asked her a question at the end of our visit and she said “that’s not what you’re here for.’” It was my second time in the office and it was unpleasant both times. Never going back and will not recommend her to the general public.

Dr. Baker is very thorough and compassionate with each visit. She takes the time to listen and discuss any medical concerns I may have. The office staff does a great job with getting me in the same day when needed. The Rodriguez Family

Dr. Nicole Baker is one of a kind. I have seen her for the last twelve years. She is friendly and easy to talk to. When discussing tough topics, she is patient, discusses options, and makes the conversation easy. It is easy to get an appointment. In an urgent situation, the office will get you in immediately.

She is very attentive and helpful. The whole staff is very courteous and respectful.

My diagnosis is usually inaccurate and I have found myself at the Urgent Care multiple times after visits with Dr. Baker. She is very friendly but seems to be always rushing and does not allow enough time to listen to patients to diagnose/ prescribe the correct medications.

I love how down-to-earth she is. She is very understanding and never comes across as judgemental. She takes my thoughts and feelings into consideration and listens when I have concerns. I'm so glad I found her! She even contacted me after starting a new med to be sure it was working well. She also thinks into the future about my care and reminds me that I have options as a patient.
