Dr. Nicole Bernadette Baptiste, MD

We went to Dr. Nicole for annual gynecological exam. we told her that it is covered 100% under insurance plan and we will not pay any out of pocket. She was on her own in the hospital and there was no staff and she took blood sample for my wife and ordered various tests which was not needed and did not confirmed from us that whether we want to pay out of pocket. Resultantly, she diagnosed PCO and my wife don’t have PCO as she is pregnant now. All her labs are negative and we got 2nd opinion from other doctor as well. We keep calling dr Nicole and visited personally to her clinic and she said that I will give u discount and had sent that discount to vice president of the lab corporation but when we called the lap corp, they said they don’t have any knowledge of that. There is no email of Nicole or lapcorp so that we can bring all of them on single page. Labcorp is directing us towards dr. Nicole and dr Nicole is directing us towards lab corp. we are in mental torture as we are… receiving threatening notice from labcorp that they will made our account delinquent and it will impact credit rating. Dr. Is just earning money without telling patient that you have to pay out of pocket. Dr also did follow up appointment which was not needed as it was just to communicate the lab result which could have been done on email or phone. she mentioned in her 1st visit that there is no fees of follow up but she billed us for follow up. She referred for the transvaginal ultrasound for which we paid 160 USD out of pocket and the labs were normal and ultrasound were normal but despite being normal results of ultrasound and labs, she prescribed medication for that which was not needed. My wife had periods at that time and she mentioned that to Dr but dr still said that they need my wife urine sample which a normal person can conclude that urine sample will have blood and there will be abnormality.

She was rude when I booked the appointment to when I needed to review my results. When I asked her about next steps or a recommendation she state that is your job to figure out and I can not help you. After telling her that I was not straight and not planning to have children, she was uninterested in talking to me and made a face. It felt like she only wanted to provide services to childbearing straight women.

This was literally one of the rudest doctor’s I’ve ever came in contact with. Wet to her office about a lump in my beast.She walked into the room seeming nice at first, then started pulling out equipment not even explaining to me what it was for or what she was about to do to me, even after she pointed out the fact that I seemed extremely nervous and asked if it was my first time seeing an OBGYN which I then responded yes. She then proceeds to get into a full argument with my spouse and I once my spouse told her she wasn’t being very comforting at all and she was also asked why she was coming off so strong and rude..... she continued by ranting on and on about Nothing and asked us if she’s supposed to be a “weak woman”

She is very unprofessional and rude

we went to her several times to fix this situation, and she ignores us. Her employee hung up on us when we called

Didn’t feel comfortable in her office. Was rushed because she had 3 pregnant patients waiting as if my appointment wasn’t a priority. Went over blood results and just told me they were fine but didn’t give details of tests ran or results. Multiple tests run just to bill my insurance company. 2 HIPPA violations (patient sign in sheet) and patient medical history intake area (1 computer around patients and staff, no privacy of information). Go see a different doctor!

She made me feel so comfortable, and I was really nervous. Thank you!

Dr is money minded ***** she wants to do test that you don't even need... She is so rude you ask her question she will answer it in tone where she try to say you are so dumb
