Dr. Nicole Garofola Bentze, DO

She was compassionate and through in her exam, giving special attention to dx and treatment. Comprehensive questions and found a illness aliment other professionals could not find and I feel great since tx.

Dr. Nicole Bentze was my favorite doctor over the years. I only wish I still lived in Florida so that I could still use her.

My wife and I have Dr. Bentze as our family practitioner for years. We have always received prompt and courteous service from her and her staff. She would never recommend any unnecessary treatment or prescriptions. She is very caring and personable,and it hurts to hear that anyone could possibly say hurtful things such as her not caring and going in just for money. Things might go wrong for you at just one time because of wrong timing and some minor human error, but don't try to ruin someone's reputation,goodwill and career for goodness' sake.

I have been seeing "Dr. Nicole" for several years and she is the best of the best. Don't mistake her quietness as anything other than an indicator of her thoughtful demeanor, once you have established a relationship with her she is the warmest of any Dr. I've ever been seen by. Her office staff is top notch, always upbeat, thorough, thoughtful and efficient. You will not be sorry if choosing Dr. Bentze as your care provider!

My adult daughter and I have been patients of Dr. Bentze's for 3 years. I love that I can get an appointment very quickly from her office and I have never had a wait longer than about 5 minutes when I arrive. She is very thurough, always looks back at my old records and brings up any issues that we have discussed in the past to make sure I'm having none of those issues again. I have had great luck with having perscriptions called in when needed. I love her nurse that has been with her the past 2 years. She is very personable. I like that she has her own small office rather than is housed with a lot of Drs., but she is with the Intercoastal Group, so when she is out, you have access to them too. I would definitely recommend Dr. Bentze.

Do not go to this doctor! I went to her for 2 years and have a underactive thyroid. It requires blood work every 6 months. I called to refill my prescription and they said they would. A week later they still didn't call it in and said I had to go in for a appointment before they would refill it even after I already got my blood work done for my thyroid levels! She moved to a new office and they are trying to get people in there for unnecessary appointments and are holding prescriptions hostage! I asked to speak to Dr Bentze but the front office said she would call me back. Of course 24 hours I never heard back. The front office called me back and said she was out of town for the rest of the week. I asked what happens if you need medicine and cant get hold of your dr? She said she'd she what she can do. 2 days later they finally called it in! I got a letter today saying she would no longer be a physician. She is a joke! " Dr. Bentze provides superb, compassionate care" What crap!
