I would not recommend this doctor. **Review for Schweiger Dermatology Group – Nicole Conrad** Very frustrating and misleading experience. I booked this appointment because I was told my insurance would cover treatment for a recurring skin issue. When I arrived, Nicole Conrad completely changed the story and said she could not guarantee anything would be covered—but was still willing to go ahead with the procedure and leave me with the bill. That is not acceptable. Patients should not be put in a position where they are pressured to move forward without clear insurance confirmation. This felt like a bait-and-switch and a complete waste of my time. On top of that, the consultation itself was uncomfortable and felt very impersonal. I did not feel listened to or cared for as a patient. I would not trust this office with any procedure. If you are considering going here, make sure you have everything in writing regarding costs and insurance before stepping in.

Dr Conrad rid me of a terrible mass of warts I had for nearly a decade, that doctors told me were pointless to treat. She never gave up, and now it's been 2 years of nothing on my feet. She also cleared up the severe acne I had. I will be forever grateful to her.

She is the best. Always on time, very personable, efficient, and knowledgable.

I had a couple of skin spots I was suspicious of as I have fair, freckled skin and after doing some research I found Siperstein Dermatology and Dr Conrad had immediate openings. The office staff is very friendly and welcoming along with her assistant. She listened to my concerns and explained everything she saw during my exam and answers any questions I had. I had to have a spot removed which she made very quick and easy despite me being very nervous. After years of discouraging experiences with doctors it was very refreshing to finally have a positive experience.

I recently saw Dr Conrad in her new office at Siperstein Dermatology and it was a great experience. The staff went that extra step and Dr. Conrad gave the time that I needed to explain my medical condition. I highly recommend her.

After I had a negative reaction to the first prescription I was given, I started dealing with the staff to try and get an alternative prescription. They refused to assist me in finding a pharmacy that would carry the generic version. They also refused to look up a pharmacy phone number. If you want them to call something in, you have to give them the pharmacy's number. A staff member told me she didn't have access to a computer or to a "phone book". Yes, she really said that. It took 4 days for me to get my prescription. I will never go to this doctor again.
