I have been meeting with Dr. Nicole Levaillant since 2018. I find her to be supportive, knowledgeable, and responsive. I am especially impressed with how she keeps track of my progress over time, and is able to recall details I shared during our earlier sessions that I may have forgotten. Her advice to me is very helpful.

I really needed someone to talk to and was very excited to finally find a therapist but virtual calls had no video on (which I was happy about at first) but she confused me with other patients at least a couple times and that resulted in advice and feedback that didn’t fit me and my life and took me aback sometimes. I found that a bit unprofessional. Nicole is very nice, but not for me.
