I had an appointment and when I walked in, there was still 8-10 people waiting to be seen. This is ridiculous, seems like they schedule everyone at the same time. Was told couldn’t schedule at a specific time cuz it’s their lunch hour but they make you sit there and wait anyways and go and enjoy their lunch. They should be more courteous of others’ times as well

I recently saw Dr. Lopez for a hand injury from a dog bite. From the moment I contacted her office and spoke to Shirli, I could not have been more pleased. Shirli made sure that I could see Dr. Lopez as soon as possible which was the next day. The office follows all COVID protocols. Dashawn (sorry if misspelled) saw me first in the examining room and was polite and professional. On subsequent visits, the staff showed genuine interest in how I was healing. Dr. Lopez, after examining my wound, decided surgery was not needed and described a course of care that led to the complete healing of my wound.
