Dr. Nicole Tremain is an excellent Physician that is attentive, knowledgeable and thorough. I am 61 years old and have seen many doctors over my lifetime. Dr. Tremain Spends quality time during my visits and listens to all my concerns. She also motivated me to lose weight and exercise to improve my health by being so supportive. She is definitely a five-star physician!

Dr Tremain, was always so kind and understanding, we would drive 40 miles to see her, my Mom just loved her also, Dr. Tremain always was so patient with my Mother! We were so sad when she left Palomar Medical group! Her and her nurse Jennifer were such a great team Jennifer was always so helpful and prompt and calling you back! Best Doctor and nurse you could ever ask for!

You can't ask for a better Doctor, she is warm, compassionate, and very intelligent and right on top of things. She makes me feel like my concerns are important and cares about them!

I have seen many doctors with my condition and have to say I am happy that as a new patient with Dr Tremain that she goes into details and explains everything to my understanding. I have seen her several times and called at the last min. and always have been able to get an appt. Jennifer her assistant is always professional and returns my calls and follows through with whatever is needed. I am delighted i was able to find such a great doctor and staff. I feel like I am in good hands with my health.
