I saw the doctor yesterday and they never called my prescription in so I called them lol but you'll never get a person to answer the phone besides the receptionist and she's not very bright and extremely rude. She told me not to call back yesterday. So the only person that called me today was her!! To call me a liar lol What in the world are they doing. I needed my diabetic stuff so I can get my knees replaced but no one there cares! Do not go there if you want to get better

Was very pleased until recently. About a month ago they weren’t returning my phone call to fill my insulin come to find out they weren’t going to call me back or fill my insulin which I was completely out of because I needed to be seen mind you this started during Covid. And the nurse literally told me she wasn’t going to fill my meds because I needed to be seen. And again this week I need my insulin filled (completely out) and I’ve left three messages without a return call. So when I end up in the Er I hope they like paying my bill and compensating for the work I miss. (I was seen last month) this has nothing to do with not being seen. THIS IS A MEDICATION I HAVE TO HAVE TO LIVE.

If you are looking for someone who doesn't listen to you and just tells you that you are fat and depressed and pushes a diet pill on you, then this is the doctor for you. The receptionist is just as rude as he is! Good luck getting proper care with this doctor!!

New patient of Dr Muhrez. Have had little dealings with other staff there, but his nurse is probably the rudest person I have ever encountered. It’s a little telling that she feels she can get away with this. I know I can’t have been the only one.

Very rude staff. Liked the dr though . Especially the receptionist . The medical assistant are very nice.

The staff is very rude. Please carefully check your bills. And billing. When I asked about the bills the staff, nurse and person that does the billing were very irate and tell you to pay. While his services were normal he spends very little patient time, you sit in waiting longer than doctor time. And the bills for the nutritionist that sits in his office are completely different from what you pay and what is turned in to the insurance company. Also, if you don't see his nutritionist which is not with an insurance company, he will not treat you for some of the issues you are having.
