Dr. Nihal Naccasha, MD

I have seen Dr. Naccasha for both of my pregnancies. After my first pregnancy, I was discouraged by many doctors from having another baby. I went to see her for a consultation, since I trusted the care she gave me with my first baby. She gave me the facts, risks, and encouraged me to get pregnant again. She does not sugarcoat anything, which I immensely appreciate. Pregnancy issues are no laughing matter… I had problems with my amniotic fluid being too high, and despite what the endocrinologist said, she told me to be more strict about my blood sugars. Two weeks later, following her advice, my amniotic fluid levels went back to normal. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and precise. This is what you want for a doctor. You don’t need anybody to sugarcoat things and be lienient about anything, which I immensely appreciate. There’s no skirting around pregnancy issues. I cannot recommend her more. We are lucky to have her here.

She is the best doctor ever!!!! She is super nice she helped me and my baby! She saved our lives. She is great! And the staff as well never had any problems with her or the staff. I never wait long to get roomed and every question I had she answered everything and explain everything very well and very helpful. I love her. I would keep going to her with my other babies!!!!

I think Dr. Naccasha is competent and intelligent, however, that doesn't mean she is a good doctor. She has a horrible bedside manner and is very opinionated about things she should not have a say over. That being said, her diagnosis was accurate and she has a very hard job which I give here a little credit. BUT two things that bugged me a lot: First, her rooms are kind of dirty, as in they are hardly ever cleaned between patients. There is usually gel left over on the bed and machine from the last patient. Second, her staff is ridiculously incompetent. They changed appointments on me many times and never called to tell me, it became so frustrating that my OB/GYN and his office staff chewed them out. Plus they have no concept of insurance billing because they charge me each time even though I met deductible, which in turn causes them to send a refund check the next week. Complete bozo show over there.

Extremely curt, and as dry as a summer wind. Just outright stale. She is cold personality , elaborating or intellectual interaction with clients is not her specialty or strong point. It's going to feel like protocol or formality. Don't worry your appointment is going to be quick there will be no explanations. She treats the craft as very mechanical . Her rude persona made us feel awkward. You could sense she does not respect her patients, which is transparent in her attitude and energy. Amazing she does not seem to concerned about first impressions. Needs to grow up and get over herself. ********AVOID RECOMMENDATION*******

This doctor does not have a clue about bedside manner! After yelling at my wife, she proceeded to tell my wife she would refuse to be my wife's doctor. She then billed us over $1,000 for our visit. avoid this doctor! She gave wrong diagnosis, made my wife so upset she vomited on way home from visit, and had the gall to bill us.
