So, I got their at 10:30 am to fill out paperwork because I am a new patient. My appointment was at 11:00 am. They called my name at about 10:50 am. I went in the back to my room and sat their and waited. There was this guy sitting at the little desk outside my room not doing anything with his legs on top of the desk. They don't shut the doors, they are left wide open. He got up & said," the nurse will be here soon." At this time, it's 11:40 am. My appointment was at 11:00 am. The receptionist said he was running on time. So, I continue to wait in my room for the nurse. She finally comes in & does her stuff. BP, Temp & Pulse. When she is done she said, " the doctor will be with you in a few minutes. Mind you, the doctor is still sitting by the desk with his feet up. Finally the doctor comes in and by this time, it's 11:50 am. So the doctor comes in my room. It was the same guy who had his feet upon the desk. He introduces himself to me & asks me what's going on. So I tell him… that I am in Extreme pain 24/7. He looked at my knee, feet & behind my knee. Not even 3 minutes looking. He then slides his little stool across the room 7 states to me," I can't help you ." I asked him why and he just keeps saying I can't help you. I asked him why & all he keeps saying is," I can't help you." Then he asks me if I take Aleve, Tylenol & ibuprofen for the pain." I said," Why do you think I'm here." He then gets up & walks out of the office. Then I get up & leave & that was that.
