I have never met a surgeon who has cared about his pacient so much. He was absolutely wonderful to work with, he constantly brought a positive attitude to even the toughest appointments. He is one of the only surgeons who has made me feel like a human and not a project. I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience with him.

Dr. Desai is truly the kind of doctor who is from another time: not only is his work thorough, but he truly delivers. Dr. Desai is also on the cutting edge of new maxillofacial techniques and breakthroughs, and studies his craft with passion and precision. And, if that weren't enough to convince you of what a rockstar he is, he is an incredibly humble, patient, kind and deeply wonderful human being, who cares about his patients and makes it his mission to give you the results you were dreaming of. After my night spent in the hospital after jaw surgery, I did not need one pain pill! NOT ONE! I'm not saying this is typical, BUT with my prior maxillofacial surgery, which was a SARPE procedure, with another surgeon, I needed pain pills well beyond my surgery. I strongly believe that if I had worked with Dr. Desai on my SARPE procedure as well, I wouldn't have needed pain pills then, either (I loathe drugs, even prescription pills). I cannot recommend Dr. Desai enough: he goes above and… beyond, and yes, I will be making a YouTube video of my testimonial for Dr. Desai, as well.

Dr. Desai goes out of his way to take care of his patients and provides the best advice and guidance on what options you have. He is the best surgeon I've ever had and is extremely knowledgable, well-researched, skillful, compassionate and patient and goes that extra mile. He was able to treat me in very difficult circumstances.

Overall experience is excellent and very satisfactory.
