Dr Patel referred me to a vascular surgeon. When I found out it would take 7 weeks to see him, I called Patel’s office to get help finding someone I could see sooner. I was told all of “them” take a long time to see. They did not even try to help. Kickbacks? Lazy? There are plenty of vascular surgeons in Arlington. The one they chose sometimes takes seven weeks or longer for all appointments !

Greetings, as I seat here reflecting on my surgery almost a yr ago(10-18-18. I am just grateful and blessed to have found a Dr. Patel, Neroulogist. I moved to Texas about 2 1/2 years ago, with back problems, numbness, tingling, aching pain in my lower back down my legs (to which my right we give out on me, tingling and burning to swollen feet that stem from a car accident on 2009. I was told I had spine problems (crack vertebrates, and I need surgery. Dr Patel was my 2nd opinion. When I saw, he assured me I need surgery and hardware needed to be place. Fast Forward, I had my surgery almost a year ago. Dr. Patel don't know, but his bed-side manners was a deciding factor as I wanted to do my surgery. He was excellent explaining my back problems, He was honest, he gave me information about the surgery along with pictures. Dr. Patel not only Wasa Dr. he became a friend, He told how long I might be in the hospital, he visited b4 leaving for the day. He made sure, I had rehabilitation… in place to go home with. He was adamant to my insurance the importance of me having a womb vac. I put my condition totally in his hands,he made sure and voice my concerns, I am originally from Alabama and my mom lives in Alabama, she was for my surgery and she praise God, for God worked through Dr. Patel. Everytime I talked about my surgery, I refer them to him, he just not my doctor that put total health but he is friend to my family and I Thank you Dr. Patel Grateful Patient Shunmika S. Williams

Hello, Dr Patel is the best Doc i have ever had. Very patient, he listens, answers every question asked by me and my family. Compassionate. He did my Cervical Fusion on disc 4-5 5-6 6-7 in Jan 18. I have to say, he changed my life. I am back to functioning at 95% compared to not being able to function at all. I would recommend him and his office staff to anyone.

I would not recommend anyone but Dr. Patel if you need colorectal surgery. He is a very competent, caring and considerate individual and takes the time to make you and your family at ease. Feel blessed to have him as my doctor.

Hands down the BEST practice---doctors and staff---that I have ever experienced. They are the BEST!!!!

No follow through... Does not really connect with patients... When he doesn't understand an issue after surgery he drops you, makes up excuses and suggests procedures that make no sense what so ever. His Assistant is condensending and not helpful. After several more opinions from other surgeons, Dr Patel is hazardous to your health!!!!
