Dr. Nikita Varshneya, MD

Dr. Varshneya was my father's doctor at Rahway Hospital. Since the first day that I met Dr. Varshneya she was very professional and showed concern in my father's health. After being discarded from the Hospital we did a follow up at Dr. Varshneya's Rahway Office. The office is in a convenient location, very modern and clean. I Can't express enough how great it was to find such a wonderful, caring doctor. Plus, I must also say that the office staff are the best also. Very pleasant and friendly. Waiting time for me has always been 15-20 minutes max. I am now a patient of Dr. Varshneya also and I have referred my family members & Friends to her office.

This women has no professionalism at all. Firstly, the procedure started over an hour late. Secondly, I was instructed to sit in the waiting room for my grandmother's procedure and she would come out to talk to me before hand. She did not. After the procedure SHE LET THE HOSPITAL WITHOUT TALKING TO ME. No one at the hospital could get in touch with her and it took her hours to contact me after the procedure was over. Don't put your family through this; go to someone else.

Avoid at all costs if possible

Dr is very caring and affectionate.

The tests were run properly and as expected. Even though I had to wait at the office I didn't mind because the facility itself had come highly recommended. The doctor however was EXTREMELY RUDE. To me she was cold, but she was yelling at her staff. I am one of those people who believes that if you treat your subordinate poorly, deep down you are not a good person. She kept on yelling her staff. Her inability to control her behavior aggravated me, and I had a difficult time performing the rest of the tests. If you can do not go to her. Her unprofessional attitude will ruin not only your mood, but your test results as well.

I was assigned this doctor at Robert Wood Johnson at Rahway. She did not listen to me about my symptoms, did not answer questions about my health but only talked about what she wanted to discuss, walked off on me after promising to return to my bed from the Nurse's station in 15 min.s, lied to me about test scheduling, and was generally rude to me and my wife.Moreover she set up a dietary schedule and never discussed it with me. I was only told by her that I need to eat better but she was not concerned about my dietary restrictions. Any time we met I was constantly talked down to and not shown any form of respect. Once I got out of Robert Wood Johnson, and got competent medical help, I was given a diagnosis and treatment for my difficulty breathing. This was the worst example of a doctor I have ever met and do not believe she deserves that title.
