From my first visit, throughout and after my surgery, Dr. Neubauer and her staff have been kind and efficient. They answered all of my questions and managed my expectations flawlessly.

She was direct , but helpful.

Dr. Neubauer waa dismissive with my concerns, did not address them. She also gave me many conflicting answers. Her staff did not have any answers to any of my basic questions either when I asked who would be providing me with answers , her staff member giggled and never answered me. The worst team you could ever find.

Dr Neubauer, Dr Lowe, Dr Guirguis and staff are very compassionate and thorough. From scheduling my first appointment to my continue care, has been outstanding. I have no words to express my gratitude to everyone at Gynecologic Cancer Institute of Chicago. Thank you all!

Dr. Neubauer is very deceiving. She makes you feel like she truly cares at your first couple appointments. After the hysterectomy when I began the cancer treatment she completely threw me to the side and rushed me out of appointments and spoke to me with horrible bedside manner. Her PA is no better. Being knowledgeable is what I was looking for in an oncologist but when you start to go through cancer treatment it’s important to have a Doctor who cares. My orders and prescriptions and conflicting information are what I was given throughout my treatment.

When in pain Dr Neubauer said well if it hurts it hurts. Can't help.
