Dr. Nilam Patel Khurana

I have a ten month old who has seen Dr.Khurana since his very first newborn appointment, and I'll never go anywhere else. She is extremely thorough, and even when I see that she is running behind and very busy, she always takes the time to listen and and answer all out questions. So far we have dealt with a number of things going on with my son, from a neurological condition to benign soft tissue tumors, and now pneumonia, and she always gives us 110% and I can't tank her enough for that, especially as a first time parent who gets pretty panickey, her thoroughness and mindfulness calms my nerves and reassures me. I HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking to receive the best care for their child.

As a mom of a little guy with suspected autism, I have to be my son's advocate. We've gone to a total of six pediatricians (and I can't tell you how many specialists/therapists) and Dr. Khurana shines. She is patient, loving, helpful, cares about everything from his seizures to digestion problems, and even makes phone calls when needed to hustle through the specialist wait. Because of her, my son is finally receiving the services he has needed for a while now!!! Not very many pediatricians will bend over backwards for you, personally call you after work hours, and actually be someone your 3 year old looks forward to seeing! She always makes him laugh and feel special, and usually spends about 15 minutes with us. LOVE LOVE LOVE her!!!!

I bring my 6 kids to Healing Hearts Pediatrics and Dr. Khurana is an excellent and caring doctor that knows her job and does it well. She keeps everything in perspective and has a wonderful bedside manner. My kids feel comfortable with her whether we are dealing with a teenager or a toddler issue she knows her stuff and addresses it accordingly. I highly recommend her.
