Hello, I have had Dr Shivastava now for many years. I try to write reviews on your “how was your visit “ form, but you constantly tell me my email , (I’ve had for decades., ) Is not mine , not valid , doesn’t work , do it over and over, so I finally gave up! I am now stuck at home ( with great respect for what you and your colleagues do) So I had time to research on, how I could tell you why and how Dr. Shivastava was beyond excellent .. I even get phone calls at home to see how various new and different medications are functioning and reacting from Dr. Shivastava!!!!! I am in my 80’s and never , ever has a Dr. called me at home nor was so concerned about meds, condition etc .. She and her very competent staff have called my daughter when I couldn’t be reached.. (Also a first )!!!! So, please relay this message to your very competent inquiry board and know you are doing a great job and sacrificing a lot and everyone needs and appreciates you. And if you every need a Dr.I… highly recommend Dr. Shrivastava!! She is brilliant , very knowledgeable about everything I have asked and more importantly a delight when most Drs. Are frankly not .. so thank you and stay safe. We need you??
