Dr. Niloufer S Kero

Dr.Kero was the first I felt comfortable with in years . She actually listened to me ! I needed a hysterectomy and she immediately booked me into her schedule and explained everything to me .She personally took the time to call me in person to explain my cancer diagnosis and reassurance that we would get through it . Throughout my hysterectomy she was calling my husband with updates and personally checked on me as I recovered . It has now been 2 yrs since and I went back to her for a checkup and she was so happy to see me again .I felt like a person not just another patient.Thanks to Dr.Kero I have survived and beat cancer !

The absolute worst bedside manners. If seeking a caring or compassionate gyn, I definitely would not recommend Kero. She’s one sided and refuses to listen to your concerns. I do believe it’s time for her to retire.

Dr Kero gave me my good quality of life back. She quickly and accurately diagnosed my problem. Then performed my surgery and removed and very large tumor (benign). Surgery went well and she covered all possibilities prior so there were no surprises. Recovery has been awesome. No infection or complications. I highly recommend Dr Kero especially if you may need surgery

Dr. Niloufer Kero was a Godsend to me. In a time when our world is so fast paced. I need someone who would listen to my health concerns and respond appropriately and imperatively that information, diagnosis, prognosis and treatment. I am so bless that after months of finding an OBGYN in network with my insurance and get rescheduled several times by a different provider. My husband and I finally found Dr. Kero and got an appointment right away. The rest is history now. After my very successful surgery, I definitely will continue under the care of a highly competent and caring gynecologist . In addition, she had pleasant and competent staff as well! Shout out to Carmen! Dr. Kero and staff, thank you all so much for making a difference in so many lives not only women but most of all to their families too!

Dr. Kero has the WORST bedside manner I have ever come across!. My mother was diagnosed with cervical cancer by Dr. Kero. Before the doctor was in the room with the door closed, she told my mother that she had stage 2 cervical cancer. First, there was a violation of her privacy rights that Dr. Kero apparently doesn't care about. Second, I found it incredibly harsh to tell a patient such news in that way. Third, upon seeing another doctor and obtaining a second opinion, she does not have stage 2 cancer. It is just barely stage 1. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone.

I've had several visits to Dr Kero after which she recently preformed LAP bladder control surgery at Oak Hill. She was very focused on my health care, explained everything she was doing, was kind and helpful at all times. If there is such a thing as a pleasant surgery experience, I had it. I trust my health to her completely and highly recommend her to family and friends. Her staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, with never more than a 10 minute wait in her office. My stay at Oak Hill was the best hospital stay I've ever had which is saying alot since I've had 5 children and 8 surgeries I'd gone to Dr Kero years ago but my hospitalization plan changed and I had to switch to others that I have never been happy with. I had to search her out in my new plan with Optimum and though she is not in their book and should be, I found her by calling her office and now with this procedure done, with no complications, I couldn't be happier! Highly recommend this Doctor!

Dr. Kero is excellent! I’m very selective about new Doctor visits, but she calmed all fears, did an EXCELLENT exam and I got all the answers I needed! I wish I knew you were available sooner. Thank you for making sure everything went perfect! BTW, I loved her staff too! Highly recommend

I've been a patient of Dr. N. Kero for 34 years. She delivered my 3 children and has guided me through several gynecological problems throughout this time. I find her to be compassionate, competent and completely professional. I would recommend her to anyone.

Very caring and knowledgeable physician. Performed my surgery in an emergency and was there for me for all follow-ups.

Well I was skeptical to go here because of the bad reviews, but I am so glad I didn't listen to them. First Nurse Carmin was so nice, polite and genuinely cared about what was happening with me. She was so comfortable to talk to. 2ndly , Dr Kero was nothing but attentive, nice, and made me feel like I was able to speak easily to her.She never rushed me, and made sure everything I had questions about got answered. Looks like a will find a home here for all my future appointments!
