Dr. Nima S Moainie, MD

I have seen him only once and hopefully never will see him again. Initially I scheduled an appointment with him because of the good reviews, but you can't trust those 5 star reviews. He is arrogant, unprofessional, disrespectful, impatient, treated me like a child,bad demeanor, he picks whom to treat with respect and whom not.

He is what a doctor should be. He called back on a Fri night when I left a message with the answering service. Got me in the next morning. Sent me to a specialist that same morning. He called Monday and Wednesday continuing to follow up until the diagnosis was complete. Had complete trust in his opinion and ability to diagnose my situation. Which did include helping me to understand the required treatment. I live in Florida, but would come back to Rockville if I need further treatment. He was impressive and a rare find.

Truly a gem of a doctor. I consider myself blessed to have found a doctor who is both extremely knowledgeable and teaches at Georgetown and yet humble and down to earth.

Saw Dr. Moainie about 3 years ago and he's one of the best.
