Super friendly staff as well as super friendly himself. I had a surgery done here by thaker that was done beyond perfect no scar tissue left at all or any pain. Definitely recommend if you need a doctor that’s willing to listen to you and knows what they’re doing.

the DR is ok but there staff and office manager are the most incompetent people in the medical field and office I've EVER EXPERIECED! and im over 60 so thats saying alot...they couldn't even get my perscription filled with their pahrmacist. I called them several times and they argued with me! I had to remind the extremely rude office manager that I'm the patient paying for her salary! UNBELIEVABLE THEY WOULD NOT ALLOW ME TO TALK TO THE DOCTOR!! DO NOT GO THEIR OFFICE UNLESS YOUR LOOKING FOR A VERY RUDE AWAKENING! THEY WOULD NOT GIVE MY CO-PAY BACK EITHER FOR DOING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!

I would highly recommend Dr. Thaker to anyone looking for an exceptional Urologist that is caring and compassionate with his patients. My case was very complex but Dr. Thaker made me feel very comfortable, he explained my condition, imaging reports and treatment options very clear and thorough and answered all my questions. Dr. Thaker provides excellent care to his patients and does not make you feel rushed. All office staff are outstanding, very pleasant, courteous and professional. I was able to get an appointment very quickly.

I was referred to Dr. Thaker by my primary physician in 2008 when an x-ray showed that I had bladder stones. Dr. Thaker did the stone removal surgery (outpatient) and a few years later I had new stones and he performed that same surgery again. I have always been happy with his professionalism, and that of his staff. Most of my appointments are just follow up prevention visits to go over blood and urine tests, and occasionally to go over x-rays and scans. Dr. Thakers office was in Riverside near my house, but a year ago he moved his practice to Ontario. I could have changed to another local urologist, but I’m sure none would be as good as him, so it’s worth the longer drive. In addition, if we just need to go over test results, those are now done over the phone. I think the phone appointments have cut down the wait time for office visits, but if you do have a long wait, bear in mind that in addition to your doctor referring you to him, so are many other doctors. There’s a reason for… that, as he is the best urologist in the area.
