Dr. Nimisha Darshak Shah, MD

Wait time was not long. They do bloodwork in the office. Dr. Shah is a compassionate person who listens. I have no trouble recommending her to others. Anyone who can keep up with me as I jump from one topic to another is a keeper.

This doctor did nothing to help me. Had a bad sore throat, pain in both ears, persistent cough and intermittent fever. Spent less than 5 minutes examining and talking to me, then told me to go get Sudafed, with nothing to help my painful throat and ears, bad cough or odd chest pain. No bedside manner whatsoever. Beware, some doctors are just in it for the money and are not there to actually help you get better. She should not be a doctor!

It can be difficult to relocate and find a new doctor after being with same PCP for years; however I found Dr.Shah to be prompt, thorough, and an active listener with warmth and compassion. Also, the office staff and nurses were great. So happy to have found Dr. Shah.

Dr Shah is everything I needed her to be!!! I live 20 miles away and she was worth every mile, beginning with the greeting I received from the receptionist, who passed me on to the awesome medical assistant who took my vitals and ending with Mary the phlebotomist who did my lab work everyone was extremely accommodating and helpful. It is never easy to go to a new doctor but this team made it an experience worth sharing, and it all begins with Dr. Shah. She comes into the room with such a lightness about her it puts you immediately at ease, she is willing to give you all the time that you need never making you feel rushed or as if you are taking up her time. She listens, she cares and she assures you that you will feel better. Her bedside manner makes you believe everything will be fine, I trust her and you should too. Good,thorough, sincere doctors are a rare commodity, so if you are looking for those qualities you will find them here. I feel blessed to have her looking after my… healthcare.

After seeing good reviews about this doctor, i planned to consult this doctor. Today was my first visit and the reviews are true. She is very patient , thorough doctor and her staff are also wonderful. I had too many medical problems to discuss and she spent much time without any hurry and discussed about each problem and gave solutions for them and gave a followup schedule. Her staff are very friendly with a smile and the wait time was very less. I am glad i consulted this doctor.

Prior to becoming a patient of Dr. Shah I had been with my primary for 9 years, due to numerous medical problems I'm very picky about the doctor I go to for care. I saw 5 different doctors before finding Shah and I couldn't be happier, I live all the way in Avondale but the drive is more then worth it. Not only does she have an amazing bed side manner, compassionate, thorough, but her staff is amazing too. They also follow up to see how you are doing which even my doctor before her never did. Every time I've been there they have greeted me with a smile and made me feel comfortable. I plan on being a patient of Dr. Shah's for years to come and have not only recommended her to others but I now bring my daughter who was with her primary for 5 years, to see her as well.

Dr. Shah is the best! I was seen at my appointment time I did not have to wait an hour to be seen. The staff where nice and friendly and the office was nice and clean. Found my self a great doctor.

I think Dr. Shah has a great bedside manner, she makes you feel comfortable and does not make you feel rushed. She will not make you feel dumb for questioning her advise like some doctors do, and will explain your options in a way that makes sense to the average person. I am really greatfull I met her, she is a great doctor.

Dr. Shah has been my doctor for the past 5 years. She is awesome. If I'm sick, she gets me in right away. She some times follows up my visit with a call to see how I'm doing. I'm 40 years old and have never had a doctor as amazing at Dr. Shah!
