Nina Lam Cheung, MD

This doctor is not a good doctor. She did not examine me at all, her receptionists are extremely rude. They suggest unnecessary medical procedures just to charge the insurance and make a quick buck. I have never dealt with such awful rude unhelpful people. I had a blood test here and they called me and said that my results were urgent and critical and I had to come in as soon as possible, because of several issues. I was so stressed out and when I go in for a follow up I find that there is nothing wrong at all and was just handed my papers. This place operates as a business and not as a place that is working with humans. The receptionists and nurses were also entirely condescending and spoke to me as if I was a child, one going even as far as hanging up on me. If you want to be treated and respected like a human being do not go see this doctor. They are also extremely long wait times.
