Dr. Ningxin Zeng, MD

I waited two months to see this clown. He did not even look at my issue, and did not listen to me. He was too busy trying to teach an intern that was present in the exam room. I was told to buy a bidet, and come back in a year. What a disgrace to the medical indusrty. A complete waste of my time. Now I have start the whole referral process again with another doctor. Not happy!

On the positive side, Dr. Zeng helped schedule an immediate endoscopy when I went to see him. But once the endoscopy didn't turn up up anything obvious to explain my symptoms (which are still very uncomfortable), he seemed to lose all interest. Although my symptoms hadn't changed, he decided I was suffering from nothing more than standard acid reflux. Instead of trying additional tests, he told me to return to my primary care physician and only come back if there was something for him to look at. He provided minimal medication and diet guidance and suggested I drink with a straw.

Prob wont ever go back to this doc. Woke up during procedure very painful. Stressful enough to have colonoscopy and on top of that wake up due to not enough meds being administered. So wrong

Staff rude and disrespectful. Staff hung up on me multiple times. Refuse of answer questions or let me speak to office manager. I have never been treated so rudely as I was by Paige. If you value you your health you need to find someone else

I have been seeing Dr Zeng for almost 2.5 years and I have had absolutely no problems. His staff and himself have always been so amazing, fast, and super friendly. Unfortunately he doesn't take my insurance anymore. I will miss him for sure. He really cares about his patients and their care.
