Dr. Nirav Bigelow was very attentive to detail very informed & courteous! She was very professional!

Not good. I have no idea why she is in this profession. When I shared something that happened to me she said, "Yes, this has happened to some of my other patients as well, it was very hard for them." ? I don't care about your other patients. Can you assist me? Clearly not. In another incident I mentioned something mildly annoying my mother did, and she said: "Your parents are good people, do not criticize them!" ? What? Sorry, I didn't know you knew Mike and Nancy lol. 0 Stars if I could

Gave me obviously incorrect interim diagnoses that showed she took little time to actually get to know me. The most cold and dismissive mental health professional I have ever seen, by far. Almost put me off of mental health care completely. Did not make me feel comfortable in the slightest which you would think would be a requirement for a mental health professional. The cherry on the cake is that she was incredibly out-of-touch with modern autism research, telling me I did not behave like a typical child with autism which was strange considering I was 19.

Took my young child for learning disability assessment. Dr. Bigelow was unprofessional and lacked skill.

I highly recommend Dr. Bigelow. I tried many therapists and appreciate all of the different techniques and approaches to healing but what Dr. Bigelow has to offer is like nothing I had ever experienced before. The first couple sessions I was unsure what to think, even wondering if I would go back. The truth is not something we’re used to hearing. I decided to trust her process and with that she has showed me how to change my life. If you’re not open to having someone tell you the truth and truly show you how to do the work then you will continue doing what I did, which was look for a therapist that I liked based on hearing what I wanted to hear. You already know what you know, don’t you want someone to bring a different perspective. If you truly want to change and have some accountability in your life then she can help you. It was not easy but she has given me peace in my life and in my family. Trust the process, be open to what she says even if you don’t agree. She will help you do… the work if you’re truly ready to heal.

Extremely judgemental, disregarded everything I had to say, acted as though I was making stuff up, and hardly let me speak. I literally started sobbing during our first intake due to the anxiety she caused me.

She spent the whole time criticizing me and tried to make it sound like I was lieing. Made me feel so much worse

Caused months of added depression and anxiety.
