I was hospitalized for two days with major head pain and this doctor's office was the on call neurologist. After waiting 30 days for an open appointment to see what was wrong with me, the doctor wouldn't tell me what the issue was. He referred to it as my condition. I asked, "What is it called?", he said there are many headache disorders, I asked, again and he just said there are many disorders. I waited a month to find out if I am dying and he wouldn't even tell me a name. I had go through all of my paperwork to find out why he was giving me pain killers. Later that month they said I needed an MRI to see what's going on because I was still having the headaches and said they would call with results in one week. I called them two weeks later to find out my results. On a different note....I hurt my neck and they said I need to go to a neurologist so I made an appointment and got stuck in traffic in Atlanta(that's a big surprise) and then missed the 15 min no show window. The… receptionist made several faces at me because I was late and kept saying you have to reschedule but she said she would check with the doctor but keep talking like I was "a bad kid in school". She told me that he and his assistant were busy and " I would just have to wait". I said I drove over an hour to get there and would wait. So finally she said he said no and I would have to reschedule. I told her that she should check with the answering service because I called before my appointment to say I was in traffic and she said that she doesn't see how I got the answering service when they have three people answering the phone. I asked are you saying I'm lying, and she went back to the 15 min no show policy. I canceled all future appointments. She repeatedly talked across the room at me repeating I was late and they were soooo busy. I guess they were busy counting the $16,000 already paid by my insurance company to them. She didn't even try to keep me as a patient, she just said "okay".

very long time for first appointment and every appointment thereafter. As a result, my condition worsened which affected the results of my treatments. Abrupt and I felt very rushed by him.
