I had a very disappointing experience with this doctor. The doctor lacked empathy and seemed to be in a rush. We waited for a long time, and when the doctor finally saw my children, the appointment felt incredibly rushed. We were there for a routine check-up for my child, which should have been covered by insurance. However, the staff, particularly the health receptionist, was unhelpful and unclear in their communication. There was a language barrier, but it's not that I don't speak English well; it's that the entire staff seemed impatient and did not explain things properly. I requested a simple check-up for my child, who was complaining about ear discomfort. However, without any explanation or guidance, they turned it into an urgent visit. Both of my children were seen in less than 30 minutes, and the doctor seemed uninterested in answering any of my questions. The total cost for the visit was over $300 for both children, which felt like they were just trying to take advantage of… the situation. This was an incredibly unprofessional experience, and the doctor's attitude was far from caring or compassionate. It seemed like the entire visit was just about getting money, not about providing proper care or support. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone.
