Nitin J. Parikh, MD

Dr. Nitin Parikh is a very unique physician. I didn't know anything about him or heard of him until my daughter was hospitalized several years ago. She was misdiagnosed with Crohn's disease, and it was not until she saw Dr. Parikh that she had a final diagnosis of ulcerative colitis. Being a nurse, I am a big proponent of 2nd and 3rd medical opinions, never settle for 1st diagnosis. While in the hospital with my daughter I got to meet Dr. Parikh for the first time. He was very receptive to all my questions and explained every single one without hesitation. I even mentioned to him that I knew one of the best GI doctors, and his response was, "go ahead call him he will agree with me". Just his response made me realized that I was dealing with one of the best doctors in Georgia and beyond. After a few medication trails I do believe he found the best to treat my daughter's condition and kept her out of the hospital. He is dedicated, compassionate, competent and most of all a godsend to my… daughter and me. I feel confident that he will provide the best care for my daughter and all his patients. Thank you, Dr. Parikh from the bottom of my heart, and on second thought, you are the best.

I visited Dr. Parikh's office for consultation and routine colonoscopy. From my consultation, through my procedure and follow-up the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and most importantly kind. It was very important this comfort means to patients that are feeling vulnerable and frightened. I fully recommend this practice to everyone who is looking for a caring team.

I was told to come in after my procedure, went to see Parikh, 35 minute drive (due to where he working that day), waited 20 minutes in the lobby, Parikh comes in with his two tone gold Rolex daydate, and told me everything is good and negative... i laughed and ask why didnt he just tell me over the phone? He said, “that just how they practice...” The truth is they don’t value the patient’s time and only value the money. He just wanted the doctor visit money even after getting the procedure and pre-doctor visit money. But, as a result, lost me as a patient. Value patients more than money. Your not rewarded in “heaven” for making the most. Your reward on your experience and accomplishment to humanity.

I went to Dr. Parikh with ongoing intestinal problems, He did a colonoscopy and told me the results and put me on different medications, right now I'm in remission feeling awesome. Dr. Parikh is very patient wants to make sure all of your question are answered was not feeling rushed at all. Fantastic GI doctor, Plus all of his staff is fantastic. I deal mostly with Alisa who is Dr. Parikh medical assistant she is very nice also very patient and listens and answered your question she is very helpful. I'm so glad I found him. Dr. Parikh help me so much to feel better and have a much better quality of life. Thank you to all.

Dr. Parikh is a wonderful and caring doctor. He is very attentive and thorough, he takes the time to listen and come up with the best treatment plan.

I'm so grateful to have a doctor like Parikh, he is well educated and able to relate and motivate his patients to check and improve their health. The community must be proud and immensely proud of his caliber. He is motivated by the desire to gain the trust and the integrity of his practices and eager to help at his best knowledge. I will give him, Dr. Nitin Parikh, more than five stars. He is a great and hilarious doctor that i haven't met. I was very glad i found him over websites, throughout the reviews. Everyone loves him i can tell that. He can spend times to listen and answer to all your concerns. I liked him a lot for his detailed explanations. I would like to recommend him to everyone who needs gastroenterologist. Also, the staffs who I met at 6300 Hospital Pkwy #450, Johns Creek, GA 30097, were very nice. After months of playing around with treatment and trying different things Dr Parikh found the right combo to treat me. it is a complete turnaround from where I was a month ago. he and his staff are very friendly and listen. he explains everything so you can understand. i would definitely recommend him to others. I pass many providers with the same specialty to get to him and I will continue to do so.
