Dr. Nitin K Sharma, MD

There are too many other great neurologist in our area to pick Dr. Sharma. He did not give me the confidence that I needed to assure me that he was making a proper diagnosis. His ER bedside manner at a critical time was "flippent" if not down right rude. His follow-up appt for 45 days out. He came to the room without a professional lab coat - his street clothes were dirty. His english was too broken and he did not come across as being very educated. Even the nurses working with him at the hospital suggested not to use him that he was not well liked or respected there. His diagnosis are commonly incorrect.

Sharma was my neurologist for way too long. He didn't listen to my concerns that the medicines were affecting my day to day activities. He told my parents that (after he tried to "fix"me for a year") I was probably getting migraines for attention. As soon as I went to KU Med, a neurologist there was able to diagnose the problem within half an hour. Not pleased. His photography is decent though.
