I'm still currently waiting to be seen. I have sat here for over an hour waiting while people who just strolled in after me were seen immediately. I will never be coming back. Absolutely horrendous, receptionists were no help and gave me no information whatsoever. Don't waste your time.

I was referred from a long time patient of Dr. Agajula's after much frustration with other provider visits and unanswered questions and resolutions. I was very skeptical at first because I had been sick for so long and disappointed from other provider visit and expected this to be like any other. Well!! I was wrong. I was seen by Anita Mbah, PA-C. She was very professional attentive and listened to all my concerns and I had many. I felt like I was the only patient she had and did not feel rushed. Once I finished explaining my symptoms chronologically. She and I discussed a treatment plan which include further investigation of my symptoms and also addressed my pain. We discussed follow up appointments and appropriate images and test were ordered. Within 1-2 weeks all imaging was completed and she and I reviewed them and appropriate referrals were made to the appropriate specialist and radiology for biopsy. The providers are very thorough and definitely got to the root of… my concerns . I will continue to go to this clinic and support Dr. Agajula and his providers because I believe our community needs providers of all ethnic backgrounds to address health issues. However being in the health care field myself I have to be transparent. A health care clinic can be only as good as its support staff. Mostly all the front office staff that I have encountered over the phone have been pleasant and very helpful even while I know they are busy they were very willing to assist. Noel was very helpful and relayed messages to my provider followed up as she promised, and received prompt service from Erista when needing her to fax important paper work to another specialist with no delay. I was however very disappointed with the dismissive tone I received from the office manager who is the one who general sets the tone of professionalism in most office settings. When I called to follow up with my prescription which needed more information from the provider for prior authorization. I was able to get a direct line from my insurance carrier for the office to call and give the missing info. I was told well "I just fax it over we have to wait for your insurances decision", "I did what I was supposed to do", I can't interrupt her while she seeing patient's". etc... Not one time did I ask the office manager to have my provider call me in the middle of her clinic or ever I simple asked her to contact my ins. to see what they needed I would have been fine if at the end of the day my provider needed to contact me day. Well then call ended with her being very dismissive and over taking me verbalizing several time "I'll have her all you, I'll have her call you, I'll have her call you. then I just finally hug up because I realized that her bad day was obviously being taken out on me a patient who was asking for assistance. So Ms. Anita's day was interrupted I received a call I did not ask for and apologized to Anita profusely and we settled the prescription at my next follow up. I really like my over all experience but my choice is not to deal with your office manager she's very rude and her interpersonal and therapeutic skills have yet to be desired. Maybe a customer service or interpersonal relations class may be in order for Ms. Kelsey. .

Was hospitalized several times and either he one of the PAs visited me each time.

The office manager Kim is useless and very rude.

horrible doctor! No bedside manner, does not care about patients. Moves them in and out like cattle. Kelsey at the front office is mean and discurteous. Stay away!!

My Husband and I have been patients of Dr Agajelu since my Husbands stroke in 2006. If it weren't for Dr Agajelu my husband would not have been here today. He has given us great care and not only is he our Doctor but our friend.

I think Dr. Augajelu is a good doctor, but he has too many patients, which prevents him from fully focusing on the needs of his patients with chronic illnesses.

I have been a patient of Dr Agajelu for many years now. My parents were patients of his and I liked him so much I started going to him. He is very kind and genuinely cares about his patients. He is very easy to talk to and has a warm smile. I have recommended him to several of my friends and family and now they are recommending him too.
