Very disappointed for being a child psychiatrist, she has no empathy for children.

Switching to this office was the best decision we made, Dr Diaz and her staff are amazing.

Second time coming to this office, Very professional, polite and on time.

We have been coming to this offce for a while now and we just love how Dr Diaz enforced therapy while on medication, its the best combo, and hopefully my child wont have issues winging off the medication in the near future. We have learned alot from therapy ourselves as parents.

Finally found a Doctor we will be sticking with that is knowledgeable with our child's diagnosis. Highly recommended, Great Doctor and Staff

I love how we are seen on time, I can see why she has many rules, children were running in office unattended by parents and parents didn't care. Dr Diaz does a great job on getting information from previous Doctors before just prescribing medications. Dr Diaz and her secretary were very kind and friendly.

I am a physician for the last 24 years, and my wife is a nursing executive. We just moved to El Paso this summer, and came to this doctor on the recommendation of my nurses. When I called to make a new patient appointment for my 11 year old, I was inundated with a giant list of rules. I also explicitly indicated that the purpose of our visit was for medication management and a referral for local behavioral therapy. I was not told that the person would not fill medications on the first visit. We are down to four days' worth of medication. The office walls were covered in more rules, like it was wallpaper. The receptionist spouted off more rules, and her radio was unbearably loud. All of these negatives would have been acceptable for my son's treatment had it not been for Dr. Diaz herself. She had such terrible manners and a flat affect, it made me wonder if her own medications needed adjustment. I have never met such a condesecending and judgemental physician as her. She failed to ask… about our family dynamics, and made some rather demeaning assumptions about my wife and me (we both attended the appointment, and were professionally dressed). We left after five minutes, and immediately contacted our pediatrician to make an appointment for my son's medications. I don't see how any child would feel at ease around her. She should be avoided.

Dr. Diaz, has been treating my daughter for over a year and has always been very polite, professional and carrying. Thank you Dr. Diaz!!!

Excellent Dr., very polite, very thorough and doesn't just medicate my child as other Dr's here in El Paso..
