Dr. Noel E Delgadillo, MD

The front desk lady has no people skills what so ever. She hangs up on patients and lies to them. She runs his practice like a circus and he let's her. All he cares about is money and doesn't give his patients any service unless you go an pay. This is why his reviews everywhere are terrible. This man should be ashamed of himself.

I've been seeing this man for over a year. Since then, I've missed several appointments or have just gotten confused about the date and time. I've been going through a tremendous amount of stress because of the parental alienation the mother of my children puts the children and I through. I am overwhelmed. Because of all the legal fees, this has also created a tremendous financial hardship on me. This further compounds all my problems. The last time I want to him for an appointment, I did make it on time, actually I was late. But the fact of the matter is that I made it on time. But then I was told that I could not be seen unless I pay $60 or $70 worth of co-payments that I did not pay because of missed appointments. keep in mind that these missed appointments are exactly why I need the help of the psychiatrist. My memory and my ability to make it to appointments on time, or just remember when the apartments are, it's totally off. this is why I need the help of a psychiatrist, but… instead of him helping me, he looks as money as the bottom line. Today I called him, I left a voicemail tell him that I need to see him because of these recollection problems I've been having and me just being scattered minded. I told him that I would Pam all the co-payment fees for the missed appointments when I get paid next week, because I don't have the money now. I'm literally living paycheck-to-paycheck and using amscot for payday loans. Dr. Noel delgadillo may not know what it means to go through a tremendous financial hardship and it last for 3 years, which is what I've been going through because of the alienation my ex-wife has been putting me through with all the unnecessary Court petition and motions, all designs of fleece me out of my money. So when I left a voicemail, I called back to update my phone number oh, and I actually reached one of his staff members. The secretary there told me that dr. Noel does not want me to be his patient anymore, and did not offer an explanation oh, but I'm pretty sure one can assume that it has to do with block of keeping appointments oh, because of my memory problems and that's why exactly why I need to see him. It has been said that the love of money, is the root of all evil. I can't say for certain that doctor Noel has turn to the dark side, but if this is the case and he's not seeing me, because I desperately need to see him oh, because of money issues. Because he hasn't been paid $60 worth of missed appointment, then he needs to get some special training on ethics and evolving psychiatric situations. it's a shame. The man cannot even talk to me one-on-one, but instead had to have a secretary give me this unfortunate news. So now you know, if you have memory problems and you miss appointments and it's not your fault because you just have no control over it ( That's the entire reason why you want to see a psychiatrist), I cannot recommend Dr. Noel. SHAME ON YOU DOCTOR, PUTTING PROFIT BEFORE THE NEEDS OF YOUR PATIENTS.

I don’t normally do this but I have to agree with a lot of the bad reviews. The staff there, or the only two ladies that work there, is something no patient should have to deal with. Mr. Delgadillo should protect himself from them and realize what they do ima daily basis. If he supports this then that says something different about him. The staff also throws prices at you without checking your insurance information to get you to leave. Every time I was in the waiting room there was one person about to go off on this staff lol. I’m doing well now with a different doctor, I decided to not take medication for a bit because the doctor I felt was just there to get paid (which I don’t blame) and I wanted to give a pill free life a try. When I returned a year later they wanted to charge me $250 for re-evaluation(without checking insurance) and I asked them nicely to give me a medical release form to find another doctor.

Dr. Noel Delgadillo is not a good doctor.

i have been seeing dr delgadillo for almost three years now, and have had the best treatment and personal attention. i would not see any other dr as long as dr delgadillo stills in practice

i saw dr delgadillo for the course of about 4 years. during that latter of that time i had a 38 year old father and husband family member dying of cancer. i was despondent and full of anxiety. he seemed as compassionate as appropriate given the clinicians/patient boundaries. i felt i was well medicated (not under not over--but the antidepressants and mood stabilizers we tried (all of them) weren't effective. i worked best as needed treatments which is not first line of protocols albeit worked nonetheless with benzo sedative, stimulants, and sleeping pills) given the stressors but due to persistent depression, he actually suggested ECT which was a bit alarming. i dismissed that as an option but didn't feel rejected. i think he suggested that with honorable intentions due to persistence. HOWEVER THE OFFICE IS UNDERSTAFFED AND THE RECEPTION PROCESS IS DISRUPTIVE, INEFFICIENT AND GENERALLY RUDE AND CURT. AND BECAUSE THIS IS PART OF THE EXPERIENCE, I WOULD NOT RETURN TO THIS OFFICE… TO SUBJECT MYSELF TO THOSE UNPROFESSIONAL UNACCOUNTABLE RUDE STAFF MEMBERS. THE DR SHOULDN'T ALLOW OR TOLERATE THIS WHICH MEANS HE DOESN'T CARE ABOUT THAT PROBLEM :-(

Dr. Delgadillo dropped my mother from treatment without a referral. He decided not to continue with my mother because

The Dr is curt and despondent, the staff is rude and I ended up in the ER from withdrawals because of the Dr canceling appt for extended vacation and not renewing prescriptions. Also refusing to give the police contact information for the Dr while he was on his vacation so they could explain what was going on. Denying treatment without any reason and exacerbating suffering.

This doctor is highly incompetent, does not order blood tests because I was taking Depakote, his receptionist is rude, and he's rude too. His title should be stripped and he should not be on the board and also should not be affiliated with Jackson Memorial Hospital. I don't know if he's ever been sued for medical malpractice. He does not spend reasonable time with the patients and acts like he has better things to do than spend time with the patients. He does not go over the diagnosis he writes down in his chart like he's supposed to.

I saw Dr Delgadillo for 4 years on a monthly basis. He was a very nice man but he made many mistakes with my treatment. Besides over medicating me and refusing to speak to members of my famjly about it, he never once sent me to get a level on my Depakote which must be monitored. It took a neurologist and my primary Dr to find out i was toxic. A gigantic mistake he made with me was to tell me i could drink 1 or 2 glasses of wine a day. I was and continue to be on psychotropic drugs and mixing the two is a giant no no. I began to abuse alchohol because of his permission and pressures of work and life as a mentally ill person. I am now off the alcohol completely and going through a disability case at age 57. Dr Delgadillo did not stand behind me in this case.My current psychiatrist and my psychologist did. The good Dr is very much to blame for my loosing my case, which is now in appeal.
