Dr. Noel Pacleb Estioko, MD

Not thorough at all he doesn't even check you, horrible bedside manner, doesn't look anything over, just stands there!!! He's s strange character!! Thankfully I got blood work done and another basic test which I suggested, now I'll start looking for another hospital because these ER doctors are pretty much a waste! Maybe their jaded at this point dealing with "pill Mill" people! He's just way out there!

I have seen Dr. Estioko twice in an emergency setting. He was rude, arrogant, and treated me like garbage. I had a neck injury, he told me my neck is fine because xrays show its fine. I told him how much pain I was in, I was told I'm not in that much pain. Then as I sat in the room, I overheard him and the nurse joking and laughing about me and how I was just looking for drugs. In the end, I saw an orthopedist, and I had a stress fracture in my neck... My mother also saw him for what she was worried might be a heart attack, and he was also very short and rude with her also, and didn't want to listen to anything she had to say. He is a joke of a doctor, and in my experiences, just a very rude person.

I went to the emergency room at mercy and this Dr. did not spend any time asking questions or speaking to me. He had no eye contact with me was very cold and did not want to be bothered at all. I had a sinus infection and was treated previously the year before and the treatment was excellent. This Dr. is unprofessional I have never been treated like this from any Dr. and he should not be in any emergency room!!! If they treat everyone like this they should not be treating anyone. Stay away from Mercy emergency room in Wilkes barre choose another hospital. And dont be treated by this Dr!!!!!

If you arrive at Wilkes-Barre General Hospital and this is the attending Emergency Room Doctor, please request another doctor to be transferred to another hospital. My mother arrived complaining of hip pain and although we (family members) expressed other concerns, these concerns were dismissed because they didn't see a break on an x-ray. My mother couldn't put weight on her hip to even sit and Dr. Estioko was going to discharge her without further testing with the exception of blood work. My mom was admitted once my father complained and forced them to contact family doctor.
